In Life in the Crazy Lane
Yes this is a blog post about blogging…it’s so <meta>
I did my first blog on Livejournal when I started college. At that point it was a place to rant. Then came Twitter and I stopped posting on LJ and spewed what I’m pretty sure got dubbed as twitarrhea. The next hot thing was Blogspot. I did that for a while, but it had no real direction. The current hotness is Wordpress. I even went all fancy and bought a domain name and I’m still astounded that out of 5 Elizabeth Alberts in my family, bethalbert dot com was actually available.
This website/blog has a plan. I’m excited to be able to show my far away friends and family what I’m up to and still be entertaining (lofty goal, I know) to my friends who see me all.the.time.
