In Life in the Crazy Lane
Alright, after looking through some of the Best09 prompts [I seriously kept misspelling best as beth, no I'm not kidding, yes I am that self centered], I decided that the majority didn’t apply to me and I really didn’t have anything to say about them.
Also, 2009 is not over yet. I’ve got a ton of stuff still to do before it’s over. So there.
Here are some highlights so far.
A postcard found in a used book I bought in May.
Fungus growing at our campsite in August.
My mother-in-law's car got totaled!
The Kid turned 10!
There was this PodCamp thing where I met a ton of great people!
My sister-in-law had a baby!
I went on a photowalk and learned all about my camera.

I think that works quite well! I can’t quite read the postcard, but I love finding stuff like that in used books.

I looked this woman up, she graduated from Syracuse University in 1937, she was in the University Choir and Women’s Glee Club. She got engaged (betrothed) in 1939. http://select.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=F00C17F9385A167A93C0A81789D85F4D8385F9
It was really cool researching it. I didn’t get any further with it though.
