My name is Beth. I’ve been using a computer since I was about a year and a half old. No, I’m not kidding and yes I will scan the picture in as proof. (Just as soon as I find it.)
I moved a lot growing up. I might post stories about that at some point. I’ve lived in Bucks County, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Nashville, TN; Levittown, PA; and Pittsburgh, PA. I actually did all four years of high school in one school. Too bad it wasn’t that great of a school.
Currently I live with my boyfriend and cat in Swissvale, PA just outside of Pittsburgh. I’m working for a university and taking advantage of their tuition remission to complete my undergrad degree. I might finish before I’m 80. Yes, I’m kidding, but not by much.
We are sometimes visited by The Kid, mostly on weekends. Those weekends usually consist of doing really fun things and eating breakfast at Eat ‘n Park or King’s or wherever The Kid decides. He’s at the point where he’s eating more than both of us combined at a meal. I’d guess his legs were hollow but he’s stick thin. His crowning achievement in recent news is that he can now lift me about 2 inches off the ground. I now know how my grandmother felt when I proved I could lift her. Over.and.over. Sorry grandmom.
